Our story
Sisters 33 began the way most good things do – at a kitchen table
We are Cherie and Diane, sisters and lifelong collaborators. What started as two sisters trading ideas across a table became a small studio in New Bern, North Carolina, where shells, sea glass, salvaged windows, wax, oils and yarn all live within reach of each other.
Cherie works in shell and glass: keepsake dishes, suncatchers, shell mosaics and oversized window panels that catch the light. Diane works in fiber, wax and quiet sacred pieces: hand-poured candles, essential oil blends, handknits, and Blue Ray and sacred creations made with intention.
Our materials come mostly from where we live, the Carolina coast, the river, the marsh and the woods behind it. Wildlife, weather, faith and everyday magic all find their way in. Some pieces are Reiki energy infused; you will see a small ✨ Reiki Energy Infused badge on those.
Made by two hands
Every piece passes through one of ours from start to finish. Nothing is outsourced, nothing is stamped out.
No two alike
Shells, sea glass and hand-dyed yarn refuse to repeat themselves, so your piece is genuinely yours.
Rooted in New Bern
We gather, make and sell here, and you will usually find us behind the table on a Saturday morning.
